The Data Entry Clerk is located in Scarborough and typically reports directly to the Department Manager. This position will be of special interest to recent graduates of an Administrative Program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day administrative support services for the Department Manager
  • Office Management: Take care of office equipment in terms of services and inventory such as computers, printers, cleaning staff, alarm system, stationary, Coordination with IT, Internet access, phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
  • Data entry in full capacity
  • TMMS, ITS Central management and supporting data entry
  • Timesheet and equipment recovery
  • Billing backup
  • Other administrative duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Postsecondary education in Office or Business Administration

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 12 years working in an administrative role in a construction setting is considered an asset

SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Intermediate user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
