Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day administrative support services for the Department Manager
- Office Management: Take care of office equipment in terms of services and inventory such as computers, printers, cleaning staff, alarm system, stationary, Coordination with IT, Internet access, phones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
- Data entry in full capacity
- TMMS, ITS Central management and supporting data entry
- Timesheet and equipment recovery
- Billing backup
- Other administrative duties as required

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 12 years working in an administrative role in a construction setting is considered an asset
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Intermediate user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong ability to multitask
