    Payroll Processing Specialists Freelance Accounting / Finance
    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Payroll Analyst for Financial Services to join our team in Greater Sudbury.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payrolls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing support to the payroll team.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and at least two years of experience in payroll processing.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, and experience with payroll software.

    The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for the following:


    • Processing payrolls for multiple entities in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Reconciling payroll accounts
    • Responding to inquiries from employees and managers
    • Preparing and submitting payroll tax returns
    • Maintaining payroll records
    • Assisting with the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures
