Our client is an award-winning venture studio team of designers, engineers, and product innovators. In addition to building their own products, they work with global brands and entrepreneurs to create net-new digital products in areas across sports, automotive, healthcare, fitness, and more

As a Product Support Manager, you'd be building bridges across product development and business operations, helping to establish processes as the team grows

Responsibilities:

Work with cross-functional teams, especially product managers, to standardize processes and methodologies, build bridges between product development and business operations, and automate processes
Create and update materials and documentation, including training and implementation documents
Communicate with clients and customers to provide insights to the product team as well as other internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2+ years in operations, support, product, customer success, or related fields
Proven experience automating and establishing processes and operations
Experience contributing to the design, development, or management of software applications
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus and build strong client relationships
A flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personality
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly changing workplace
Solid understanding of Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
