    Our Western Canada Team is preparing for several exciting new projects in late summer and early fall, offering great opportunities to work with high-profile clients and drive innovative initiatives across various industries. We are expanding our team and have multiple positions available. We are seeking exceptional consulting professionals with a deep understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience in business processes or technology projects.

    Requirement:

    • We are specifically looking for individuals local to Calgary and the surrounding area, who are comfortable working in a hybrid environment combining remote work and on-site client visits.
    • Please apply to only one location as we will have similar positions in other Western Canada locations.
    • You must be legally eligible to work in Canada, holding either Permanent Residency or Canadian Citizenship.

    Role Overview:

    We are in search of dynamic and experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of an organization.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
    • Developing comprehensive change management strategies and plans for organizational transformation initiatives.
    • Leading the execution of change management plans to ensure timely and effective implementation.
    • Establishing metrics to measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Mentoring and coaching junior consultants to support their professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
