    **Job Description**

    Our team at Sia Partners Western Canada is gearing up for the launch of several exciting new projects in late summer and early fall, offering a chance to work with top-notch clients and lead innovative initiatives across various industries. We are on the lookout for exceptional consulting professionals who possess a wide-ranging understanding of solutions and industry best practices, along with hands-on experience in business processes or technology projects.

    You must be based in Calgary or surrounding areas and open to a hybrid work setup blending remote work and on-site client engagements.

    Please keep in mind the following:

    • We will have similar positions available in other locations across Western Canada, so pick one location to apply to (avoid submitting multiple applications).
    • To be eligible for these roles, you need to be legally authorized to work in Canada, holding Permanent Residency or Citizenship. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover relocation expenses at this time.

    **ROLE OVERVIEW:**

    We are in search of dynamic and seasoned Senior Organizational Change Management Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leading successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. This role calls for a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and the ability to drive change across all organizational levels.

    Change Management Strategy Development:

    • Work closely with clients to grasp their business objectives and challenges.
    • Create comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation efforts.
    • Assess change readiness, conduct impact analyses, and identify key stakeholders.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

    • Establish and nurture solid relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
    • Devise and implement communication plans to effectively communicate the vision, goals, and progress of change initiatives.
    • Conduct workshops, focus groups, and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.

    Implementation and Execution:

    • Take charge of implementing change management plans in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop training programs to equip employees with necessary skills for adapting to change.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed for desired outcomes.

    Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

    • Set up metrics to gauge the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Carry out post-implementation reviews to pinpoint lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
    • Provide continual support and guidance to clients for sustaining change and fostering continuous improvement.

    Leadership and Mentoring:

    • Coach and mentor junior consultants to support their professional development.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management and share insights with the team.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to enhance change management capabilities.
    • Create tailored training materials to address specific organizational needs and ensure successful knowledge transfer.

    **Qualifications**

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or a blend of education and experience.
    • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
    • Possession of Prosci Change Management Certification or another recognized certification is highly preferred.
    • At least 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, ideally in consulting, utilities, IT, Banking, or HR environments.
    • Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and understanding of various team member roles. Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications are a plus.
    • Experience across diverse industries and comprehension of different business models.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building proficiencies.
