    Job Description
    Our Western Canada Team is gearing up for the launch of several exciting new projects in late summer and early fall, offering unique opportunities to collaborate with high-profile clients and drive transformative initiatives across diverse industries. We are expanding our team and have multiple positions available.
    Requirements:
    • You must be based in Calgary or the surrounding area and comfortable working in a hybrid environment combining remote work and on-site client visits.
    Important Reminders:
    • Please only apply to one location among the Western Canada postings.
    • You need to be legally eligible to work in Canada, either as a Permanent Resident or Citizen. Relocation expenses are not covered at this time.
    Role Overview:
    We are looking for experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of leading successful change management initiatives within complex organizations. Strong communication skills and the ability to drive change at all levels are essential.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans
    • Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment
    • Lead the execution of change management plans
    • Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and drive continuous improvement
    • Mentor junior consultants and stay updated on industry trends
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
    • Master's degree or MBA is an asset
    • Minimum of 5-10 years in organizational change management
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale change initiatives
    • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
