    Job Description

    Our Western Canada Teamis preparing to kick off numerous exciting new projects in late summer and early fall, offering unique chances to interact with prominent clients and propel transformative initiatives across various industries. We are seeking to expand our team and have multiple positions & roles to fill. We are searching for outstanding consulting professionals who possess a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and hands-on experience on business processes or technology projects.

    You need to be local to Calgary and the surrounding area – and prepared to work in a hybrid setting with a mix of remote and on-site client work.

    • For these opportunities, you must be legally eligible to work in Canada, possessing either Permanent Residency or full Citizenship status. We are unable to cover relocation expenses at this moment.

    ROLE OVERVIEW:

    We are in search of dynamic and experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading and executing successful change management initiatives within intricate organizations. This position necessitates a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and propel change at all levels of an organization.

    Change Management Strategy Development:

    • Work closely with clients to grasp their business objectives and challenges.
  • Formulate comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Conduct impact analyses, evaluate change readiness, and pinpoint key stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
    • Create and implement communication plans to effectively convey the vision, goals, and progress of change initiatives.
    • Lead workshops, focus groups, and meetings to collect input and feedback from stakeholders.

    Implementation and Execution:

    • Head the execution of change management plans, ensuring prompt and efficient implementation.
    • Create training and development programs to equip employees with the necessary skills to adapt to change.
    • Supervise and report on the progress of change initiatives, making adaptations as required to achieve desired outcomes.

    Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement:

    • Set up metrics to gauge the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for enhancement.
    • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients to maintain change and drive continuous improvement.

    Leadership and Mentoring:

    • Guide and coach junior consultants, nurturing their professional growth and development.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in change management and share knowledge with the team.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to boost change management capabilities.
    • Create tailored training materials and resources to address specific organizational needs and guarantee successful knowledge transfer.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field or a blend of education and experience
    • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
    • Prosci Change Management Certification or another recognized certification is highly beneficial.
    • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in organizational change management, ideally within a consulting, utilities, IT, Banking, or HR setting.
    • Proven track record of effectively overseeing and delivering large-scale change initiatives.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (understanding the roles and responsibilities of various team members). Any formal SCRUM or AGILE certifications will be viewed favorably
    • Experience collaborating with diverse industries and understanding different business models.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
    • Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
    • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure.
    • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
