    Patient Care & Sales Coordinator - Yaletown Laser Centre, BC

    Full Time Reception - Clinic BC-230 Yaletown Laser Centre, Vancouver, BC, CA

    Salary Range: $25.00 To 28.00 Annually

    The teamat Yaletown Laser Centre located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a passionate, hard-working Patient Care & Sales Coordinator on a full-time basis.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled with computers (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, website, spreadsheets, and EMR software) to join our team.

    A candidate with a passion for the Medical Aesthetics , excellent computer skills, exceptional communication abilities, and proven sales experience. Additionally, candidates must possess knowledge in injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, minor procedures, and medical-grade skincare.

    The ideal candidate would have the ability to multitask effectively, work independently and supportively in a fast-paced environment and highly motivated to create the upmost exceptional 5-Star client care and service.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The successful applicant will perform multiple roles in our clinic, including but not limited to:

    • Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
    • Complete patients billing, POS, invoices, quotes, handling cash transactions and the end of day reconciliations.
    • Contribute to the clinics success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow ups, inquiries and managing new leads.
    • Ability to successfully educate, promote, sell, upsell, products, skincare, and treatments we provide.
    • Answering and managing phone, emails, scheduling appointments, re-care patient program, providing information about the services we offer, maintaining accurate patient records, managing referrals, and tracking systems.

    SCHEDULE:

    • Full time hours
    • Monday/Tuesday - Saturday (Alternate)

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in the Medical-Aesthetics field is required
    • 2 years experience as Front desk/Reception is required.
    • 2 years of proven Sales experience is required
