    Description

    Forge Recruitment is currently partnered with one of Hamilton's premier multi-service law firms in the search of the next Insurance Defence Law Clerk.

    Supporting a senior Partner, the incumbent would gain exposure to high-level, complex files.

    Reporting to the senior Partner, you will:
    Review and summarize legal documents
    Arrange surveillance
    Book defence medicals

    The firm offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package as well as flexible work arrangements, with a minimum of 2-days in-office required.

    3+ years' experience supporting an insurance defence practice
    Successful completion of a legal assistant or law clerk designation from an accredited institution
    Technical proficiency with the entire MS Office Suite, DMS and understanding of filing with various levels of court
