    Insight Global is looking for a Change Management Specialist to join one of Canada's largest athleisure companies on a 100% remote 10-month contract.

    You will be joining the People & Culture team to provide change management in an agile environment where you'll be dedicated to a particular Product Management team.

    We're looking for someone with proven experience leading change management in an agile space and who is familiar with the Talent Acquisition/Hiring HR function as this is a space with highly complex processes.

    The projects are defined on a quarterly basis where the goal is to make continuous enhancements and upgrades. The successful individual should have experience with stakeholder management, can communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, and have experience with Change Management methodologies (E.g.

    . 3+ years of Change Management experience ideally in an Agile environment
    Fluency with ADKAR or Prosci methodologies and at least one major framework for how to scale change management for an agile environment
    Experience delivering change in a Talent Acquisition context
    Fluency in core agile values, mindset, methods, roles including Scrum and Kanban Nice to Have Skills & Experience
    Business understanding of an applicant tracking system
