    Description


    The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for the administration of the Total Rewards programs which includes recognition programs, long service awards, benefits and pension plans.

    Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

    Supports the management of the administration and communication of Total Rewards policies and programs Provides support and direction to the HR Team and management regarding total rewards policies and applications.

    Participates in total rewards projects and development of programs & policies by providing advice, guidance and administrative support Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Economics or Business is required ~Experience translating data and developing into communications, for presentation to senior leaders is a definite asset ~ Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; Quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and skilled in manipulating data ~ Ability to analyze sophisticated data of high quantity to optimally tackle problems ~ Ability to communicate to senior leaders and use data to tell a story This is a full-time, permanent position.
