- Master the concept of billing
- Master the financing process, follow it up and request reimbursement cheques from policyholders and/or financing, where applicable.
- Follows up on activities
- Responds to various insurance confirmation requests (certificate, creditor, landlords)
- Master clerical tasks (page layout, preparation of presentations, table of contents, binders)
- Answering phones
- Distribution of mail
- Proficient in computer software (EPIC, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Issues certificates according to instructions and forwards them to the appropriate people
- Sets priorities according to deadlines
- Respect the pace and needs of other team members
- Accomplishes accurate and precise work
- Degree in office automation, secretarial studies or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel).
