    Our client, a general contractor focused on retail and commercial renovations is looking for a Service Coordinator/Facilities Coordinator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate comes form customer service within the construction/ home improvement/ plumbing/electrical/retail world and has excellent customer service skills.

    This candidate is required to manage the daily construction maintenance & repair
    service calls requested by our national retail/commercial industry clients while ensuring
    that the quality of service and customer satisfaction are achieved.

    Key Responsibilities :

    Manage daily construction maintenance & repair requests from various Retail/Industry Clients as well as colleagues within the office.
    Keep clients fully informed from beginning to end of construction or renovation service.
    Follow-up with Service Technicians
    Ensure that invoicing is kept up to date and that we are respecting our client's terms
    Handle basic quotations for service calls that surpass our client's NTEs.
    Finding new resources to help us maintain a competitive edge in the industry

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 1 years' service and construction experience in the construction/ trades industry
    Strong bilingual communication skills – both verbal and written
    Versatile and flexible under high pressure situations
    Provide direction and solutions to technician's who are handling the service calls
    Ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external resources
    Proactive
    Has good negotiation skills
    Strong organizational skills

Le candidat idéal est issu du monde de la construction, de la rénovation, de la plomberie, de l'électricité et du commerce de détail et possède d'excellentes compétences en matière de service à la clientèle.

    Ce candidat doit gérer les appels de service quotidiens d'entretien et de réparation de la construction demandés par nos détaillants/commerçants nationaux.

    Tenir les clients pleinement informés du début à la fin du service de construction ou de rénovation.
    Assurer le suivi avec les techniciens de service
    S'assurer que la facturation est à jour et que nous respectons les conditions de nos clients.
    Traiter les devis de base pour les appels de service qui dépassent les NTE de notre client.
    Trouver de nouvelles ressources pour nous aider à maintenir un avantage concurrentiel dans l'industrie. Qualifications :
    Minimum d'un an d'expérience en service et en construction dans l'industrie de la construction et des métiers.
    Solides compétences en communication bilingue - tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
    Polyvalent et flexible dans des situations de haute pression
    Fournir des directives et des solutions aux techniciens qui traitent les appels de service.
    Capacité à établir de solides relations avec les ressources internes et externes.
