Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Eastern Canada, the Regional Coach/Regional Manager will be responsible to oversee, provide leadership and coaching to a group of optometry practices, in Toronto and surrounding areas.
Contributing to consistent, high quality patient experiences in a multi-unit, cross-functional environment encompassing retail, manufacturing/lab, and doctor services in order to deliver the key results of the organization.
Preparing the organization for quality improvement by advising on activities such as team building, interpersonal communications, meeting facilitation, and coaching and leadership skills.
Providing effective on-the-job training and guidance to team members, making use of company-provided programs. Analyzing store financial data and make recommendations for improvement to a practice's retail business and profitability.Reinforce the vision and brand initiatives of FYidoctors across all touch points.
Help practices to collect and use data to assess the effectiveness of certain activities.
Helping practices plan for and manage change by setting goals, strategizing, and problem solving, and assist by providing tools and support through challenging situations.
A minimum of five years' experience in a retail or hospitality team management setting across multiple business locations.Business diploma and/or degree preferred.
Excellent team building and management capabilities.
General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
