Position Concept:


The incumbent is responsible for revenue performance, client satisfaction, agency relationships, managing value chain relationships, and fiduciary accountability for key Xerox business processes.

The position has accountability to acquire, retain and grow business in new and existing accounts.


What you'll do:


  • Partnering as a business consultant to the channel partner agent to build business plans by translating key business strategies into measurable objectives and tactical actions for the agency to execute within their business.
  • Engages, directs, and influences Xerox resources to sell and support Xerox solutions within the channel partner
  • Achieve Agency revenue targets and accountable for all Lines of business performance within Indirect channels
  • Ensure processes are put in place to regularly monitor progress and implement action plans to ensure achievement of objectives
  • Supports development of sales strategies with the sales channel to drive achievement of revenue objectives
  • Actively engage in sales cycles and maintains appropriate sales management systems
  • To complete and maintain an accurate outlook (30/60/90), providing regular updates on progress
  • Managing operational performance and assessing the agent performance to identify performance gaps and provide coaching to improve performance
  • Manages the channel partner relationship to enable winwin partnerships: this includes effective twoway communications of corp strategies, acts as a channel partner advocate and communicates "voice of the partner" to key Xerox personnel, and manages contract compliance for both performance and ethical compliance.
  • Engages, directs, and influences Xerox resources to sell and support Xerox solutions within the channel partner
  • This is a quota bearing assignment

What you need to succeed:


  • Postsecondary or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated successful sales management experience
  • 46 years of successful sales / marketing experience (at or above plan)
  • Excellent business acumen and relationship skills
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively when developing solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to grasp technical product knowledge
  • Ability to work multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines
