    Manager, Finance

    Manager, Finance Job Number:
    Finance Manager
    This position reports to the Canadian Director, Finance. Responsibilities include providing the necessary support to deliver solid financial results and business analysis for the business.

    The primary responsibility will be to provide finance and decision support to Sales & Marketing teams providing direction and contributing to profitable growth plans.

    This individual will work closely with the local functional business partners and global business unit finance teams. This role will require active involvement in the month end, forecast, and annual planning cycles.

    This individual will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Corporate policy, collaborating with other business unit finance leads and implementing BP&A process improvements.

    Investment spend analytics and decision support

    • Ad hoc projects as assigned
    Bachelor's Degree with Accounting Designation

    • Minimum 10-12 years of applicable experience in Accounting/Finance field
    • Strong analytical, data modeling, variance analysis and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relational database tools
    • Ability to analyze large amounts of data and present complex information in simple terms
