    Description

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative and Sales Support Staff.

    This role will primarily focus on providing administrative support to the overall operations of the company while also supporting sales activities.

    The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


    Responsibilities:

    Administrative Support:
    Manage operations calendars and coordinate appointments for the teamPrepare and distribute service-related deliverables such as reports, certificates etc.
    Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
    Maintain up-to-date records and databases of clients

    Sales Support:
    Provide assistance to sales in preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers.
    Collaborate with sales to develop marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts.
    Participate in sales events, trade shows, ad promotional campaigns.


    Customer Service:
    Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    Assist in addressing customer complaints or concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
