    About the Role

    • Develop effective sourcing strategies encompassing direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other passive recruitment methods.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the skill sets required for each position, offering expert guidance throughout the recruitment procedure.
    • Promote innovative concepts and closely collaborate with business leadership to influence talent strategies based on organizational needs.
    • Utilize diverse recruitment channels to identify top candidates for each role, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-caliber applicants.
    • Enhance the candidate experience from initial contact with Sierra Space to extending job offers or rejections.
    • Conduct comprehensive interviews with potential candidates, showcasing the ability to align with hiring manager preferences resulting in successful hires.
    • Prepare interview teams in collaboration with hiring managers for specific focus areas during interviews and lead post-interview debrief sessions.
    • Assist in creating attractive hiring packages, negotiating salaries, and finalizing job offers in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Compensation team, and hiring managers.

    About You

    Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on technical and various roles across all levels.
    • Proficient in recruiting practices with a basic understanding of business operations and overall recruiting strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to devise and implement both passive and active sourcing tactics for multiple concurrent searches.
    • Experience in identifying user groups and professional associations leading to potential candidates.
    • Capacity to build and manage a candidate network through market research and relationship cultivation.
    • Proactively manage talent pipelines and candidate interactions by advising leadership.
    • Utilize data to influence recruiting decisions at various stages of the recruitment process.
    • Experience in technical recruiting, particularly in IT, Cybersecurity, and Engineering fields.
    • Prior experience in the aerospace and defense sector.
    • Strong written and verbal communication proficiencies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Proficiency with social media recruiting tools.
    • Familiarity with Workday ATS.
    • Experience with Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM).
    • Expertise in salary negotiation and candidate finalization.
    • Demonstrated consultative and solution-driven approach to recruitment.
    • Prior involvement in a service-oriented organization similar in size and complexity.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Frequent walking, sitting, standing, climbing stairs, and steps.
    • Repeated hand, arm, and finger movements with finger and hand dexterity.
    • Keen hearing abilities to discern different tones and volumes.
    • Occasional lifting or carrying loads up to 20 lbs.

    Working Conditions:

    • Minimal exposure to outdoor elements (extreme temperatures, sun, rain/snow, etc.).
    • Minimal exposure to fumes or hazardous chemicals/materials.
    • Minimal exposure to loud noises.
