The Data Coordinator is responsible for the correlation and/or entry of clinical trial data into electronic data capture (EDC) software.
The Data Coordinator will conduct tasks performed within compliance of study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintain and advocate a high level of quality and customer service within the department.
Maintain tracking tools to ensure clinical trial data milestones are met.
Review exported and/or manually entered data entries for completeness.
Record, track and ensure the resolution of data queries.
Identify and track error trends, report trends that may require re-training.
Review data entry guidelines for potential errors and/or logic discrepancies and escalate findings.
Complete clinical trial specific database trainings when required.
Complete and/or maintain training as required per jobs needs.
High School Diploma and related work experience
DEC in administration or related field
Good Communication (French and English)
