    We are looking to add an additional Senior Accountant to our Corporate Finance team in Vancouver. In this net new role, you will be responsible for two complex accounting areas – investment accounting and intercompany accounting and will ensure both areas are correctly accounted for and identify and implement processing improvements.

    What you'll do:

    • Investment Accounting – short-term and long-term investments
    • Intercompany processes and reconciliations
    • Prepare internal entity financial statements and reporting packages
    • Month end reconciliations and recording journal entries
    • Assist with interim and year-end audits

    What you have:

    • CPA designation is mandatory.
    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in account reconciliations, preferably in with multiple entities across different currencies
    • Advanced MS Excel skills and prior experience navigating complex sets of data and using formulas.
    • IFRS knowledge is up to date with current standards
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced problem-solving skills
