    Description

    Position Title : MS PowerApps Developer

    Location : Calgary, Canada

    Who are we looking for?

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in application development, with a minimum of 4 years focused on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365).
  • Proficiency in various programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.
  • Experience in creating and using custom connectors and integrating external data sources into Power Apps.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and experience working with relational databases.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.

    • Technical Skills:

  • Lead the development and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Apps, ensuring best practices and industry standards are adhered to.
  • Create custom connectors, model-driven apps, canvas apps, and use Power Automate to automate workflows between applications and services.
  • Collaborate with the IT team and business units to analyze requirements, propose solutions, estimate workload, and deliver applications on time.
  • Architect and implement data models and ensure data integrity across all applications and integrations.
  • Engage in the full application lifecycle from concept design, testing, deployment, to post-deployment support.
  • Develop clear documentation for solutions, including setup and configuration guides, best practices, and training material for end-users.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest Power Platform updates, trends, and capabilities to enhance functionality and user experience of applications.
  • Address and resolve complex technical challenges, optimizing performance and scalability of solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MS Power Apps development

  • Ability to adapt to changing technology and priorities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and have good interpersonal skills.

    • Qualification:

  • At least 8+ years of work experience in software development.
  • Education qualification: B-Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
