    Solution Delivery Analyst

As a Solution Delivery Analyst on Our client's Solution Delivery team, you will work on implementing and launching our client's rapidly growing Enterprise grocery platform.

You will operate hands-on in a fast-paced project-driven environment with the opportunity to learn and work with a variety of systems: Our client's, partner systems, and third party providers. You will partner with our client's experienced Solution Architects and Solution Engineers to organize and execute key components of project launches. You will also liaise with our client's broader product and engineering teams to understand and deploy core platform components.

This role places strong emphasis on growth: we welcome candidates in the early stages of their career who are curious and highly driven to learn more about software, system architectures and operation, and real-world solutions to complex business and technical problems.

    About the role

    • Execute in-house scripts, operate dashboards, automation processes, and other tools to improve the team's ability to deliver rapidly and with high quality

    • Operate tooling that integrates between our client and remote systems. This role will expose you to a wide variety of technologies and APIs, such as single sign-on (SSO), CRM and customer data, loyalty, offers, payments, email services, etc.

    • Work with data files and reports to analyze retailer data, help with import into Our client's backends, and provide detailed analyses to support large-scale projects

    • Contribute to and own key areas of quality:

    1. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

    2. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

    3. Develop and apply testing methodologies for new and existing products to meet client needs

    4. Monitor debugging process results

    5. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

    • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements

    • Own the deployment and configuration of services and white label platform components

    • Be responsible for creating and maintaining internal documentation

    About you

    • Ability to understand DBs and write some SQL, or high level of comfort with Excel

    • Ability to use observability tools and dashboards (e.g. Datadog, New Relic)

    • Working knowledge of APIs and HTTP with tools such as Postman or Curl (understand requests/responses, headers, and status codes)

    Non-technical

This is a critical role for timely launch and deployment of the Our client platform with new partners. As such, you must have:

    • A very strong sense of responsibility and ownership

    • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

    • Ability to execute in multiple simultaneous workstreams

    • Ability to understand timelines, and recognize and escalate issues that would delay the project

    • Ability to communicate about technical issues clearly
