    This is a Full Time position. Remote and Hybrid home options are available for Montreal residents only.

    What you'll be doing:

  • Advising and assisting our customers by phone and email in resolving order processing issues such as cancellations, modifications, shipping/billing inquiries and post-order issues, among other general inquiries. (no sales, no retention statistics, just be helpful)
  • Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities (We don't believe in micro-managing. We trust our process; if you're a FortNiner, you know what you're doing.)
  • Navigating through multiple computer applications with speed and precision with an attention to detail.
  • Learning the roles and parts all of our different departments play at FortNine, and utilizing that knowledge to best help our customers
  • What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of one year experience working in an e-commerce or customer service environment preferred. If you feel as though you have the skills necessary, but have yet to begin your professional career, go ahead and submit your application We'd love to meet.
  • Bilingualism: English & French with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency.
  • Solid computer skills/experience. Excellent at online research.
  • No powersports knowledge whatsoever required. We'll provide the foundation of your moto-fu that you will continue to build and share
  • Strong drive for progression: We want you to succeed. We'll provide you with access to online learning modules, both for FortNine systems and others, that'll allow you to grow professionally.
  • Must be locally based in Montreal, QC and able to commute to our offices when required

    Ce que vous ferez:

  • Assister nos clients en résolvant les problèmes de traitement des commandes tels que les annulations, les modifications, les demandes d'expédition/facturation et les problèmes post-commande (pas de ventes, pas de statistiques de rétention, soyez simplement utile)

  • Naviguer à travers multiples applications informatiques avec rapidité et précision avec une attention aux détails.
  • Apprendre les rôles et les parties que tous nos différents départements jouent à FortNine, et utiliser cette connaissance pour mieux aider nos clients
  • Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans un environnement de commerce électronique ou de service à la clientèle est préférable.   • Vous êtes bilingue (anglais et français) et possédez d'excellentes aptitudes à la communication, y compris à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Fortes compétences/expérience en informatique. Excellent dans la recherche en ligne.
  • Aucune connaissance des sports motorisés n'est requise. Nous vous fournirons les bases de votre moto-fu que vous continuerez à construire et à partager

  • Doit être basé à Montréal, QC et être en mesure de se rendre à nos bureaux si nécessaire
