    Description

    The Surveillance Supervisor oversees surveillance activities and staff to ensure the safety and security of gaming and entertainment guests and team members.

    Protect company assets by observing the activities of employees and customers via surveillance cameras.
    Review video footage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
    Conduct routine training on casino operations and equipment.

    Plan work processes and determine effective techniques or processes to be used by team members in the course of business.

    Understand and adhere to disciplinary policies including but not limited to counselling team members and the use of progressive discipline to modify poor performance.

    Address and manage complaints, grievances or concerns from team members.
    Minimum two years of supervisory experience in casino/ hospitality industry preferred.
    Benefit from working flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
    Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset.
    Deal Us In Phase I, ProTect, and ProServe AGLC SMART training completed within 30 days of start date.
    Deal Us In Phase II AGLC SMART training completed within 90 days of start date.
    The ability to obtain registration with AGLC (Anti-Money Laundering and Registered Gaming Worker License) prior to start date.
