    The Opportunity:

    WSP is currently looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join the team in Toronto. Reporting to the Structural Engineering Department Manager, this role involves collaborating with a diverse team to deliver creative design solutions for a variety of projects.

    What You Can Expect to Do Here:
    • Perform engineering calculations for various structures
    • Utilize engineering software for structural analysis
    • Review shop drawings and construction phase documentation
    • Collaborate with clients and other teams
    • Travel within Canada for site assessments
    • Maintain project performance and quality
    • Coach and supervise project team members

    What You'll Bring to WSP:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
    • 8-15 years of relevant experience
    • Registered Professional Engineer with the PEO
    • Knowledge of project planning and construction phases
    • Experience in design or construction projects
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Revit is a plus
