La personne qui occupera ce poste sera responsable d'une équipe dont le mandat principal sera de recueillir, de développer et de maintenir l'intelligence d'affaires et de marché de notre industrie.Il sera responsable de la gestion de notre système CRM, des données et des relations d'IQVIA, de tout ce qui concerne l'analyse, les rapports et les indicateurs clés de performance, ainsi que de l'élaboration de divers outils de vente et de la formation. Il développera, mettra en œuvre et assurera la gestion des processus et des activités liés aux opérations de vente ainsi qu'à l'intelligence des affaires afin d'améliorer notre efficacité et de mieux soutenir les activités de vente de l'entreprise. La personne occupant ce poste entretiendra des relations de travail étroites avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, tout en dirigeant et en développant son équipe.Collaborer avec différents départements sur une base hebdomadaire afin d'identifier et d'unifier les initiatives de vente et de marketing;
Définir et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance des clients et des équipes de vente et en informer les directeurs des ventes;
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des solutions de veille stratégique pour favoriser la prise de décision fondée sur les données;
Concevoir et maintenir des modèles de données, des tableaux de bord et des rapports afin de fournir aux parties prenantes des informations opportunes et précises qui mettent en évidence les indicateurs clés dans les différentes fonctions et à différents niveaux;
Élaborer et automatiser des rapports pour soutenir l'activité des campagnes et des rapports mensuels sur les indicateurs clés de performance;
Participer au processus de prévision des ventes en fournissant des données sur le marché et les produits;
Effectuer diverses analyses et rapports par produit, client, territoire, etc.;
Participer à l'analyse des appels d'offres;
Travailler quotidiennement et hebdomadairement avec le département TI pour assurer l'intégration des différents systèmes au sein de l'organisation afin de garantir l'intégrité des données;
Assurer la sécurité des informations dans notre CRM en collaboration avec le département juridique;
Développer et fournir une formation continue sur les fonctionnalités de notre CRM aux équipes de vente;
Rester au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'intelligence d'affaires et d'analyse;
Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du personnel;
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des opérations de vente, de l'analyse de données, du développement commercial, de la vente ou dans un domaine connexe;
Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (français et anglais).
Expérience en matière d'élaboration de procédures, de gestion de systèmes CRM, de rapports et d'indicateurs clés de performance;
Maîtrise des outils informatiques, en particulier Excel, Power BI, CRM;
The person in this position will be responsible for a team whose main mandate will be to collect, develop, and maintain the business and market intelligence of our industry.They will manage our CRM system, IQVIA data and relationship, everything related to analysis, reports and key performance indicators as well as developing various sales tools and training. He or she will also develop, implement, and manage the processes and activities related to sales operations and business intelligence to improve our efficiency and better support the company's sales activities. Collaborate weekly with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Define and monitor the key performance indicators of customers and sales teams and update Sales Directors.
Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions to drive data-driven decision making.
Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders that highlight key metrics across different functions and levels.
Develop and automate reports to support campaign activity and monthly reports on key performance indicators.
Responsible for monitoring competitor back orders and discontinuations and alerting sales teams to opportunities in real time.
Participate in the sales forecasting process by providing market and product data.
Perform various analysis and reports by product, customer, territory, etc.
Participate in the analysis of RFPs.
Evaluate, analyze, and consolidate the various GSS reports (eliminate duplicates, improve data quality).
Work on a daily and weekly basis with IT to ensure integration of various systems within the organization to ensure data integrity.
Ensure the security of information in our CRM in collaboration with the legal department.
Develop and provide continuous training on the functionalities of our CRM to sales teams.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in employee management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales operation, data analysis, business development, sales role, or related experiences.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a considerable asset.
Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English).
Experience in procedure development, CRM system management, reports and KPIs.
Possess a business sense to optimize the customer experience.
Strong with IT tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, CRM.
