Description

Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Remote Business Analyst to work on a Business Transformation initiative.

Qualifications:

Valid Business Analyst Certificate; CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional), CCBA (Certified Competency in Business Analysis) or PBA (Professional Business Analyst).
Demonstrated experience in business modelling, requirements facilitation, elicitation and gathering.
Local Knowledge GOS is interested in understanding the Resource's experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape. Describe in detail.
Demonstrated experience as a practicing Business Analyst across a variety of sectors, working in multiple concurrent project environments with the ability to prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and milestones and work under pressure
Demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business needs and processes to help identify project impacts using strong analytical skills.
Demonstrated experience with computers, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience on large Digital Transformation projects is considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment, highlighting the Agile frameworks employed and any Agile certifications achieved.
Experience working with co‐located, remote and hybrid project teams, highlighting the use of virtual communication and collaboration techniques. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams is considered an asset
Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and SharePoint.
Knowledge of project management principles, training and/or experience, while not required, is considered an asset
Familiarity with project management software, specifically Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Online, while not required, is considered an asset.
Experience using, or certification with an organizational change management methodology, while not required, is considered an asset
