Job Description:

WickedCup is looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and to set up stations for menu.

Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain quality and speed of output.
Prepare meals according to WickedCup standards and to the prepared menu.
Desire and ability to work as part of team.
Knowledge of company food specifications.
Food handling.
Attention to presentation and quality of the food.
Maintaining a clean cooking and dishwashing area.
Set-up and stock buffet station for groupsPrepare food for service: chop vegetables, butcher meat, prepare soups and sauces, etc
