The Opportunity:
TechVision is seeking an ambitious, driven, and entrepreneurial minded professional to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant.
This is a great opportunity for any Recruitment Consultant that is looking to work for a fast-growing organization where they will be greatly rewarded for their successes.
Job Responsibilities:
- for the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, completing references, and negotiating compensation.
- a network of passive candidates within the Technology industries including cold-calling and sourcing through social media
- a pipeline of candidates for open roles with regular communication
- qualified candidates in a timely manner to fill job orders from the Client Services team
- creative sourcing techniques to uncover both active and passive talent through internal candidate database and external websites including LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other creative means.
- well written and compelling candidate presentations to showcase and highlight the match between the sourced talent and our client's requirements.
- revenue by successfully engaging and building long term relationships with talent that aligns them with current and future opportunities.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- years of recruitment experience
- experience of LinkedIn recruitment and ability to use Corporate LinkedIn Recruiter tools for sourcing candidates
- individual with a high degree of tenacity to achieve results
- sense of urgency
