We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedBookkeeper for one of our clients in
Mississauga, ON.
Bookkeeper must have five years of experience in accounting processes and procedure must be conversed with
Accpac or sage, 300 or 360
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of wages and taxes
- Reconcile bank statements and perform account analysis
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and guidelines
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
Accpac or sage, 300 or 360: - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
