    About the Company

    Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, is looking to hire a Commercial Property Accountant to join their team at either Surrey or downtown office.

    This position offers a hybrid work schedule, comprising three days in the office and two days of remote work.

    About the Role

    Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Commercial Property Accountant will oversee full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of 10-15 commercial properties, including retail plazas and industrial facilities.

    What You Bring

    To be successful in this role, you will have minimum of 2 years of property accounting experience, managing either commercial or strata properties, is essential.

    Experience in managing CAM and tax recovery processes is highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Excel and Yardi Voyager or Yardi 7S are also required.

    The Offer
    The role offers competitive salary ($60,000 - $75,000), benefits, bonus, vacation, pension supportive work culture, etc.
