- Participer aux initiatives globales de l'entreprise touchant les systèmes de gestion des données de référence, les processus et la conformité (comme la gestion du consentement des clients);
- Élaborer ou tenir à jour des tableaux de bord de veille stratégique qui résument les informations provenant de grandes bases de données structurées, facilitant ainsi les décisions de gestion;
- Comparer les données entre les bases de données externes et internes sur la flotte de moteurs ou les clients afin de déterminer la meilleure utilisation pour une situation donnée;
- Aider à l'analyse et aux représentations nécessaires à la mise en œuvre de règles de gouvernance des données rationalisées et évolutives;
- Cartographier les processus existants; créer ou améliorer les instructions de travail pour soutenir les initiatives d'amélioration continue;
- Répondre aux demandes des employés des unités d'affaires stratégiques concernant l'analyse de l'industrie et de la concurrence, avec l'aide de notre analyste principale;
- Travailler avec l'ensemble de l'équipe sur des tâches ad hoc.

Le stagiaire fera partie de l'équipe et relèvera du gestionnaire . CMD est une équipe multiculturelle composée d'analystes et de gestionnaires de projets très motivés, situés au Québec et en Inde.
Ce poste est axé sur la création de valeur grâce aux données, la mise en œuvre de l'amélioration des processus d'affaires et le soutien au déploiement d'outils numériques novateurs. Le candidat participera activement à des projets qui ont un impact sur l'expérience des employés et des clients externes.
La complexité et la progression des tâches seront adaptées aux forces du candidat, à ses intérêts, à son domaine d'études et à son expérience, ainsi qu'aux priorités de l'équipe. The intern will be part of the Business Development Digital Solutions team, reporting to the Customer Master Data (CMD) Manager. CMD is a multicultural team with highly motivated analysts and project managers, located in Quebec and India.
This position is focused on generating value through data, implementing business processes improvement, and supporting the deployment of innovative digital tools. The candidate will actively participate in projects that impact employees and external customers experience.
Tasks complexity and progression will be adapted to the candidate strengths, interests, field of study and experience, as well as the team on-going priorities. Expect weekly follow-up meetings throughout the semester to ensure learning progression and meaningful work experience.
