    Description

    Our client, in the education sector, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to their 4 VPs.

    This is an 3-month contract with possibility of extension. This position is mainly on-site in New Westminster, BC.

    This role requires exceptional administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

    Efficiently schedule and manage the executive's calendar.
    Facilitate onboarding and orientation for direct report hires.
    Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Board and its committees.
    Offer support to individual executives as required.
    Assist in preparing recurring Executive Committee agendas.
    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
    Strong research and report-writing abilities.
    Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
