    TALTEK engaged in a quest to fill the following position for one of its clients:
    • Permanent – Business Analyst
    JOB SUMMARY

    This role is crucial in optimizing organizational processes, project success, and business operations efficiency. It involves analyzing business needs, supervising projects, and streamlining operational workflows to enhance overall productivity and achieve strategic goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Business Analysis:
      • Conduct thorough analysis of processes, systems, and business requirements.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business needs.
      • Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
      • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
    • Project Management:
      • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
      • Define project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.
      • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones.
      • Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and provide timely project status reports.
    • Operations Management:
      • Streamline and optimize daily business operations for maximum efficiency.
      • Implement best practices to enhance operational processes and reduce costs.
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary improvements.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational continuity across departments.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
      • Facilitate effective communication between operational units, project teams, and stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
      • Provide regular updates on project status, operational measures, and key business information.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Establish and apply quality standards for projects and operational processes.
      • Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure delivered products meet business requirements.
      • Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on feedback and performance measures.
      REQUIREMENTS
      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
      • Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and operations.
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into actionable plans.
      • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Sound understanding of business operations, process optimization, and performance measures.
      • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
      • Familiarity with project management tools and business analysis software.
      • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
      • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Thorough understanding of IT procedures and practices.
      • Proficiency, or ability to quickly acquire proficiency, in a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used within the organization and the industry.
      • Ability to motivate groups of people to successfully complete a project within set timelines.
      • Hybrid mode, Montreal.
      • Bilingual.
      • Must have the ability to travel internationally.
