    Description

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and financial targets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services necessary for construction activities, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, resolve technical or logistical challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and closeout documents, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead project team meetings, facilitate collaboration, and foster a positive working environment conducive to achieving project goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide guidance to project team members, and support their professional development and growth.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • years of experience in construction project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar) and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Lean construction principles, value engineering, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
