Immediate opening for experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time opening for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic at Earthmovers Equipment Services Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
You will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently. Must be able to diagnose and repair faults independently both on-site and in the shop.Qualifications Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and hydraulicsExperience with diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in heavy equipmentAbility to diagnose faults independentlyAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsProficiency in using hand and power tools Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's licensePhysical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and perform manual laborStrong attention to detail and accuracyMust have own tools
