    Sous supervision, soutient l'engagement et le soutien continus des clients d'IQVIA Canada pour notre suite de solutions technologiques.

    Responsabilités principales

    • Assure un soutien et un service rapides et de haute qualité aux clients qui possèdent des produits technologiques sous licence d'IQVIA Canada.
    • Examine les modèles d'utilisation des solutions clients avec la ressource interne appropriée pour garantir que les clients utilisent et tirent profit de leurs investissements avec IQVIA.
    • Suit les protocoles de support technologique IQVIA.
    • Rechercher, analyser et répondre aux demandes des clients qui sont de nature courante.
    • Fournit un soutien à l'équipe pour les réunions de service client sur les sites des clients.
    • Peut produire des rapports ad hoc sur demande.
    • Peut identifier les changements requis par le client qui entraîneront une facturation potentielle

    Éducation / Expérience requise

    • Baccalauréat préférablement
    • Deux (2) ans d'expérience de travail connexe préférée
    • Expérience dans un rôle IQVIA et/ou expérience pharmaceutique connexe
    • Maîtrise des applications PC telles qu'Excel
    • Expérience et intérêt pour les plate-forme technologiques telles que CRM, tableaux d'analyse, etc.
    • Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec différents niveaux de l'organisation (écrit et oral)
    • Démontrer de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, d'analyse et de service à la clientèle

    Vous devrez travailler directement avec des départements, des équipes, des fonctions de support et des parties prenantes d'IQVIA situés partout au Canada et à travers le monde, par conséquent, une connaissance fonctionnelle de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, est nécessaire à l'exercice des fonctions de ce poste.

    Job Overview

    Under guidance, supports the ongoing engagement and support of IQVIA Canada customers with our suite of Technology Solutions.

    Essential Functions

    • Ensures timely and high quality support and service to customers who have licensed IQVIA Canada technology products.
    • Reviews client solution usage patterns with the appropriate internal resource to ensure that customers are using and getting value out of their investments with IQVIA.
    • Follows IQVIA technology support protocols.
    • Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
    • Provides support to team for client service meetings at customer sites.
    • May produce ad-hoc reports on demand.
    • May identify customer changes required that will result in a priced change request to customer.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred
    • Two (2) years related work experience preferred
    • Experience in an IQVIA role and/or pharmaceutical experience preferred
    • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel
    • Experience with and interest in technology platforms such as CRM, Dashboards, etc.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)
    • Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

    You will be required to work directly with IQVIA departments, teams, support functions and stakeholders located across Canada and around the world therefore, a functional knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is necessary to perform the duties of this position.
