    We are searching for an exceptionally talented People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing team and help us deliver on our customer promise.

    Reporting to the Sr.

    Director, People & Culture, your primary focus will be supporting our talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, pipelining, and screening for high-quality candidates and assisting all stages of our recruitment process.

    Supporting People & Culture administration and payroll execution, you will lend a hand in support of the total P&C team.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is driven to succeed and is keen on building their career in recruitment and HR.


    What You'll be Doing:
    Recruitment & Sourcing (70%)

    • Source and pipeline candidates for all active roles.
    • Screen resumes and profiles to determine highquality matches for each role.
    • Assess candidates' capability fit and values alignment.
    • Assist in the preparation for interviews, including scheduling, documentation, printing, and room set up.
    • Assist with the development and maintenance of job requisitions, position descriptions, and recruitment tooling.
    People & Culture Administration (30%)

    • Communicate team updates including new hires, departures, and promotions.
    • Administer the employee milestone, recognition, and Construction SWAG programs.
    • Maintain accurate training & development records for all employees.
    • Maintain reporting, including monthly and ad hoc reporting.
    • Administer biweekly payroll payments via ADP Workforce Now.

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • 1-3 years of HR experience, with recruitment and/or sourcing experience preferred.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
    • Strong talent assessment capability.
    • Resultsoriented with a sense of urgency.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, HR Technology).
    • Postsecondary education in Business, Administration or Human Resources.
