Description

Duties:
To enhance your services to our guests and qualifications as a professional by the upgrading of services, meeting the goals set out by your Manager, achieving product sales, rebooking and following the Plan Your Day model, documentation and recording to educate and provide the maximum care to your guest while benefitting Mahogany Salon and Spa

To attend all Staff Meetings, seminars and training as recommended by your Manager

Perform all duties related to infection control, cleaning and preparation of service rooms or stations and all other areas accessed by guests, along with the organization and infection control of professional spaces

To follow all policies and practices related to the health and safety of our guests, yourself and spaces all employees access

To follow all policies and procedures of Mahogany Salon and Spa

To follow all contractual obligations written in your Letter of Agreement

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Proven experience in hair styling and cutting techniques

Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles

Ability to work well in a fast-paced salon environment

Strong attention to detail and creativity in hair styling

Front desk experience is a plus

Working Hours: 8 am to 4pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
