Peoples Group offers a flexible and hybrid work environment. In this role you will work a combination of in-office and remotely from home.
Typically, you'll be working regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm with flexibility around start & end times.
About you:
You are a reporting wizard who can build, create and issue reports with ease. You are adaptable, being able to process and work with frequent change. You are a learner who enjoys looking for ways to improve processes. You are comfortable interacting with various teams across the organization while working on different projects.
About you / qualifications:
- Experience working on projects from a reporting standpoint
- Experience with excel macros is a plus
- Power BI experience is a plus
- Strong relationship building skills
- Previous financial services or banking experience preferred
- Excellent analytical ability, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and highly motivated
- Able to work independently
- Able to adapt to frequent change
- Able to create structure in your daily tasks and prioritize work as needed
About the day-to-day:
- Facilitate sessions with departmental managers to gather business requirements for new initiatives and business opportunities.
- Supports the development of requirements and proposal documents, project charters, work plans, status reports and manages project deliverables.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures within PTC Operation Group.
- Project management of various smaller scoped interdepartmental and/or externally focused projects.
- Builds effective relationships with departments across the Group of Companies
- Work with 3rd parties to implement new products or services
- Look for, and initiate process improvements
- Support adhoc analysis, and or research requests
