    New opportunity for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to partner with the business and support the corporate and project portfolio blue and white collar recruitment working alongside our friendly team in our Calgary Office.

    Taking a strategic approach, you will work closely with Site Management and Subject Matter Expert's across the Oil and Gas Industry with a focus on innovation initiatives, strategic recruitment drives and professional onboarding.

    Source and attract candidates using internal and external networking and advertising systems, assessing their relevant knowledge, skills and experience
    Select preferred candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and Altrad recruitment policies
    Develop and ensure recruitment strategies are maintained to deliver key manning requirements
    Liaise with project management and key stakeholders daily to ensure the supply of personnel required to complete projects within the required timeframes is met
    Manage effective communication between all relevant recruitment stakeholders around Altrad recruitment activities
    Utilization of effective strategic planning to source suitable candidates, using several key networking platforms
    Minimum of 5 years' experience with internal blue and white collar end to end recruitment, ideally within the resources sector
    Experience working within in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, preferably within a contractor or client environment
    Well-developed organizational and administrative skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and control own workload
    Demonstrated capacity to effectively communicate, promote and uphold HR initiatives and values, including discretion and confidentiality
    Proven experience using internal recruitment and mobilization tools such as ADP Workforce Now and other applications such as SharePoint and MS Office
