    Description

    WB Melback Corporation is a progressive company currently seeking to hire an experienced professional with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to fill the role as Human Resource Specialist.

    As a key member of the HR Team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced and dynamic company, supporting various HR functions and projects.

    You will ensure that HR processes including full cycle recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training are running smoothly. Source and attract candidates through identifying and utilizing the latest recruitment tools and strategies.
    Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of employees.
    Other administrative tasks as required.
    Diploma or degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent in a relevant discipline, preferred.
    CHRP designation or working towards, is an asset.
    Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
    At least two years of related experience in the field including talent acquisition.
    Experience with Bamboo HR Software, Indeed and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
