Responsibilities
- project startup procedures including submitting necessary documents to the constructor, requesting utility locates, shop drawing submittals, developing project schedules and more;
- ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget by awarding scopes of work to the successful vendors and material purchase orders;
- assisting project managers with compilation of time and material invoices and progress draws;
- compilation
- assisting the construction estimator with the bidding process for new projects including reviewing project drawings, specifications and contracts, quantity takeoffs requesting and tracking requests for pricingPrepare quantity take offs and order all materials for landscape projects

Other duties will be assigned as required

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 12 years of experience in landscape construction, excavating or a related industry
Minimum 12 years of project coordination experience

- ability to multitask, prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time;
- ability to read Architectural, Landscape and Structural blueprints;
- solution-oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills;
- strong attention to detail and quality control;
- skills in Microsoft excel and word programs;
- strong organizational and self-management skills;
- on site experience in landscaping settings is an asset;
- drafting experience in AutoCad, Sketchup and hand sketching is an asset;
