- Réaliser et mettre à jour les échéanciers;
- Planifier les besoins quant aux appareils de levage;
- Préparer et mettre à jour le dossier administratif de chaque projet (échéancier, ventilation des coûts, méthodes d'exécution, sous-traitance, etc.);
- Procéder à la facturation du projet, présenter son avancement et effectuer le processus d'approbation;
- Vérifier et analyser la proposition et les documents contractuels de chaque projet;
- Analyser les directives du chantier et préparer les demandes de changement;
- Participer aux meetings de coordination du chantier;
- Superviser plusieurs chantiers et appuyer les assistants dans leurs tâches quotidiennes;
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Détenir un DEC ou un BAC en génie civil ou en génie de la construction;
- Expérience dans le domaine de la construction, génie civil et industriel lourd un atout;
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques et la suite Office, principalement Excel;
- Maîtrise du logiciel MS Project et AutoCAD (un atout);
- Être en mesure de se déplacer dans la région de Québec.
