    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Actalent is seeking a project coordinator for an on-site contract position in Ottawa

    Description:

    As a project coordinator, you'll be assigned to multiple projects in different areas of a business, such as operations, manufacturing, engineering and processes, etc. Your versatile expertise will be leveraged by various stakeholders in order to alleviate project demand pressures and allow the business to effectively complete various projects.

    Some of your key responsibilities:

    Complete tasks in all areas of the business and provide support to the functional leads

    Conduct meetings with the external teams for the implementation of new processes

    Preform the review for multiple sources of data and complete the entry of data in ERP/MRP systems

    Coordinate various business activities, deliverables to help stakeholders with their work

    Other tasks and duties as assigned the functional lead

    Required Skills:

  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems
  • Strong experience with Excel
  • Ability to process large amounts of data effectively
  • Experience with data entry
