**About the role**

Nous recherchons des aides-souscripteurs **stagiaires **pour l'été 2024, Assurance des particuliers, pour notre équipe grandissante Nous cherchons des étudiants du DEC en assurance étant disponibles pour travailler cet été pour le département de souscription.

**Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous**:

- Procéder à l'émission des polices, des avenants et des résiliations selon votre niveau d'autorité
- Faire la saisie de données des soumissions
- Communiquer avec les représentants afin d'obtenir de l'information pertinente au dossier
- Répondre aux courriels ou appels des représentants en les guidant vers la bonne action à prendre
- Trier les documents reçus
- Fournir un support administratif à vos collègues de la souscription

**Profil recherché**:

- ** DEC en assurance (en cours ou finissant)**:

- Compétences en saisie de données et souci du détail
- Hautement organisé pour gérer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale
- Initiative et capacité à travailler sous pression
- Maîtrise de l'informatique avec la capacité de naviguer dans plusieurs systèmes
