    As a Strategic Account Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Director and ensuring smooth operations for our key accounts.


    Account Setup and Rollout :
    Assist the National Account Manager in setting up new accounts and facilitating their smooth rollout.
    Customer Support and Complaint Handling :
    Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    Database and Data Management :
    Maintain a comprehensive customer database using spreadsheets.
    Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on account details, contacts, and interactions.
    Liaison with National/Strategic Accounts :
    Act as the primary point of contact for our national and strategic accounts.
    Coordinate with property managers and other key contacts within these accounts.
    Release and manage monthly inspection work orders for assigned accounts.
    Liaise with branches within Global Building Facilities (GBF) to confirm schedule dates and address inspection deficiencies.
    Gather and communicate customer feedback to the National/Strategic Account Manager.
