    As the lead of this squad, the GM will be responsible for setting the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives for the squad, help lead them from ideation to execution, and ultimately be responsible for championing and leveraging the squad to drive fast, meaningful tests from incubation through to scale to realize results.


    The ideal candidate is naturally curious, entrepreneurial, loves to analyze data and will think critically to make the right decisions quickly while working in a cross-functional environment.

    They are not afraid of failure, but see it as an opportunity to learn and adapt, seeking opportunities to test hypotheses in an effort to figure out quickly what works and what doesn't.


    Local Strategy Development:

    Performance Metrics:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA's specific to the city while measuring the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement

    Ensure we have the best supply in a city, track competitor supply, manage a local pipeline and identify and prevent any high risk churn

    Local Engagement:
    ensure local marketing is targeted to the needs and preferences of the city's residents

    Experimentation:
    Run tests, scale insights, and navigate multiple paths forward in building a business within a competitive market

    Experience in developing and executing strategic programs, managing the lifecycle from ideation through to execution
