    ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Aerospace, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Nuclear and IT.

    We are currently seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer in the field of Radiation Analysis for our client's team located in Brampton Ontario.


    Responsibilities:
    For Semiconductors, Microcircuits, Hybrids, & Materials: Performing Environmental Analysis Performing Shielding Analysis Performing Charging Analysis Performing Single Event Effects Criticality Analysis (SEECA)


    Performing Total Ionizing Dose (TID) Analysis Performing Displacement Damage Dose (DDD) Analysis Performing Worst Case Analysis (WCA) Performing Reliability AnalysisCalculating Figure of Merit (FOM)Planning and executing board and unit level testing at Co60 Proton and Heavy Ion Irradiation facilitiesPerforming Sector Shielding and Reverse Monte Carlo Analysis using FASTRADDevelopment & Verification of System Level Electrical Specifications and Requirements, pertaining to Radiation and ChargingHigh-speed digital and analog board design including schematic entry, circuit simulations, parts stress analysis, PCB layout design, and support to Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) drawings and manufacturingDeveloping test plans and proceduresTechnical presentations to customers (e.g.

    CSA and NASA) for design reviewsInteracting with international vendors and partners in support of part testingQualifications:


    Bachelors of Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) degree is required4-8 years of professional experience in Electronics Design and/or Analysis is requiredKnowledge of Space Radiation Effects and Modelling Tools is requiredKnowledge of Space Charging Effects and Modelling Tools is requiredExperience with FASTRAD is requiredM.

    Eng, MASc, or PhD in Engineering is an assetExperience using electrical CAD tools such as OrCAD, Altium, AutoCAD Electrical, Matlab, and PSPICE Simulators is assetStrong analytical, problem solving, communication and organization skillsStrong human relations skills, and dedication to meet project deadlines
