Currently, we are seeking a Senior Commercial Auto Underwriter to join our team at the Ottawa Branch.Assess and evaluate the risk for new and existing business (Fleet, Garage)
Maintain awareness of market trends, pricing levels and policy form amendments.
Apply loss control and risk management practices in the underwriting process.
Respond to inquiries from brokers regarding modification to policy files in a timely and efficient manner.
5+ years of commercial Auto underwriting (Fleet, Garage) experience.
~ CIP is a strong asset
~ Good digital literacy.
~ Knowledge of the RTM system is an asset.
